Construction

The cigar looks well made. No obvious blemishes on the wrapper. The cigar is smooth and not to hard when pinched. The burn was a bit uneven in the beginning but corrected itself. No tunneling, mouse holes, the cap stayed in tact very well.

Initial Light / First Third

On the first light I received lots of earth, leather, coffee, nuts, and pepper, with spice on the retrohale and dark chocolate on the finish. The only issue with the construction as the burn was a bit uneven, but not what I would call a canoe.

Second Third

Lots of earth, leather, nuts, pepper, with spice in the retrohale. Nice chocolate and butter on the finish.

Final Third:

The cigar has been consistent with the same flavors or earthiness, leather, nuts, and pepper. With spice on the retrohale, and chocolate with a slight butter flavor on the finish.

Final Thoughts

I highly recommend this cigar. It is well priced, with great flavor. This is one of my favorite cigars. This is a great cigar first thing in the morning. I have bought boxes of these and will continue to buy these cigars.
